I’m a little late with this installment due to some unforeseen computer and health issues lately. In fact I’ve written this post via my old faithful Windows-XP-based desktop computer. But thanks to the wonders of Dropbox, I am able to share with you one of my more recent updates, a new cover for Dawnflight! Currently it’s available on the ebook edition via all the major retail catalogs -- please check out the buy links in the right-hand sidebar -- and the wraparound cover for the print edition is under development. I hope to have it available for sale at my next appearance, which will be as a Featured Artisan on Thursday June 26th at the annual Chautauqua Festival in Wytheville, VA. I hope to see you there!

Another contest with which I am honored to be affiliated this month is the 2014 Read, White, & Blue Giveaway hosted by Closed the Cover in support of the Semper Fi Fund.
This event is designed to show our love and appreciation for the US troops and everything they do to keep us safe and protected.
